The support from customer service is really lacking and they seem to be ignoring my emails. My items never showed up. I received a refund for the products, but they didn’t return the delivery fee I paid. I reached out to the company via email, but I’m still waiting for a response.

Quick shipping. One of the toy boxes arrived with a puncture and some stains. They gave me a £10 refund. I immediately asked for a replacement as soon as I got it. My grandson has autism and he’s pretty rigid about things. Everything has to be just right - even the box that holds his toys. Even after I explained the situation, T & L wouldn’t swap it out, claiming the toys inside would be just fine despite the damaged box. I felt rushed and didn’t have enough time to get it from somewhere else. Christmas Day turned out to be a bit of a struggle because of this.

Toys and Learning always come through for me. I totally spaced on getting a Schleich riding school for my granddaughter for Christmas. I made a last-minute order on Tuesday, December 20, and it showed up at 9:15 am on Thursday, the 22nd. Seriously! Huge thanks to everyone at T & L and dpd!!

Hey there, I’m from Northern Ireland and I made a purchase on December 3rd. The cash was taken from my account that day. So, why was I able to place the order if you don’t ship to Northern Ireland? And where’s my refund at?

Fantastic service from this company. I had never heard of the Schleich brand before, but my great niece has been asking Santa for the ponies. I searched online for the Schleich Farm that my granddaughter is hoping to get for Christmas. This store showed up and had the best deal around. The shipping costs weren't the lowest, but even with that included, it still beats Amazon! It arrived nicely packaged and was delivered on the promised date. I would absolutely suggest this company and plan to shop here again.
